Superintendent -
Data Center Construction Locations:
Texas | New Mexico | Wyoming | Iowa | Oklahoma | Arizona Travel Required Mission Critical Advisory is partnering with a leading contractor delivering some of the most significant data center projects across the United States. We are actively seeking experienced Superintendents with a strong electrical construction background to support a growing portfolio of mission critical projects. This opportunity is ideal for field leaders who thrive in fast-paced environments, can drive schedules, coordinate multiple trades, and maintain the highest standards of safety, quality, and execution. Responsibilities Lead day-to-day site operations on large-scale data center construction projects. Manage subcontractors, manpower planning, and field coordination activities. Drive project schedules, milestone achievement, and overall site productivity. Maintain a strong focus on safety, quality, and client satisfaction. Partner with project management teams to ensure successful project delivery from mobilization through turnover. Requirements Proven experience as a Superintendent on data center, mission critical, or large-scale industrial construction projects. Strong electrical construction background required. Previous employment with an electrical contractor is highly desirable. Ability to manage multiple trades in a demanding construction environment. Willingness to travel and support projects throughout the United States. Demonstrated history of stable employment and successful project delivery. Why Consider This Opportunity? $70.00 - $80.00 per hour
