Electrical Project Manager ???? DFW Metroplex - Euless, TX ???? Full-Time | In-Office Build Your Career in Electrical Construction Project Management Hurst Electric is seeking an Electrical Project Manager to support commercial and industrial electrical construction projects throughout the DFW Metroplex. This role offers the opportunity to work on a wide range of commercial and industrial electrical construction projects involving project management, budgeting, scheduling, procurement, field coordination, and client communication. We welcome candidates with varying levels of project management experience within the electrical construction industry. Whether you are growing from a Project Engineer role or already managing projects independently, this position offers a long-term career within a collaborative and fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate is organized, motivated, and knowledgeable in commercial and industrial electrical systems, with the ability to coordinate projects from design through completion. Responsibilities Support and manage commercial and industrial electrical construction projects from planning through completion Assist with or oversee project scheduling, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting Manage project submittals, RFIs, drawings, change orders, and project documentation Track project costs and prepare progress billing reports Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, architects, engineers, vendors, and code enforcement agencies Serve as a point of contact for project communication and issue resolution Work closely with field leadership to help ensure projects remain on schedule and within budget Participate in project meetings, jobsite visits, and field coordination activities Coordinate electrical construction activities and technical project requirements with clients, engineers, vendors, and field teams. Review electrical drawings, schematics, and construction documents for accuracy and constructability Utilize project management, estimating, and construction documentation software such as Bluebeam, ConEst, AutoCAD, Revit, and related tools. Ensure work aligns with National Electrical Code (NEC) standards and project specifications Participate in estimating, proposal development, procurement, and preconstruction planning as needed Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field preferred but not required Journeyman electrician, field leadership, or equivalent electrical construction experience will also be considered.
