Job Description

Overview We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Field Superintendent to oversee construction a project . The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, strong communication skills, both written and verbal, extensive construction site experience, and proficiency with construction management software and industry tools. This role involves managing daily operations on-site, supervising subcontractors, ensuring safety compliance, and delivering projects on time and within scope. The successful candidate will play a critical role in coordinating project activities, maintaining quality standards, and fostering effective communication among stakeholders. Responsibilities Oversee daily construction activities on-site, ensuring adherence to project plans, schedules, and safety protocols. Supervise and coordinate subcontractors, labor crews, and vendors to meet project deadlines and quality standards. Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction documents to guide project execution. Utilize construction management software such as ProCore, Primavera P6, HeavyBid, and Bluebeam for scheduling, budgeting, and documentation. Manage project schedules through effective project planning and resource allocation; update schedules regularly. Conduct quality control inspections to ensure work complies with specifications, codes, and safety regulations (OSHA). Monitor project budgets and assist in construction estimating; track costs against budgets. Enforce safety policies on-site; conduct safety meetings and ensure OSHA compliance. Communicate effectively with clients, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and internal teams to resolve issues promptly. Maintain accurate documentation of project progress, change orders, RFIs, and daily reports. Experience Proven management experience in construction projects with a strong background in construction site supervision. Extensive knowledge of construction management practices including scheduling , contracts management, budgeting, and quality control. Hands-on experience reading blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings; ability to interpret complex plans accurately. Demonstrated ability to supervise teams effectively while maintaining high safety standards (OSHA certified preferred). Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously. Pay:
$900.00 - $1,500.00 per week
