Monday - Friday 8am-5pm Overview We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Site Coordinator to oversee daily operations at site, ensuring workflow is running smoothly, safely, and efficiently. This role is vital in coordinating teams, managing compliance standards, and maintaining a safe working environment. As a Site Coordinator, you will be the key point of contact for site activities, and internal teams to deliver successful project outcomes. Your energetic approach and meticulous attention to detail will drive safety excellence and operational success on site. Duties Coordinate daily site activities, ensuring all operations align with project schedules and safety protocols Be the employees main point of contact ensure workflow is running smoothly Oversee occupational health initiatives to promote a safe and healthy work environment for all personnel Manage construction management software to track progress, document incidents, and maintain accurate records Conduct daily safety meetings Experience Previous experience as onsite coordinator
