Knowledge Manager (Lead) San Antonio, TX Knowledge Management (KM): Applied Training Solutions, LLC (ATS) is developing a team that is contingent upon award. The KM (Lead) shall be responsible for the performance of the KM contracted scope of work. KM shall provide assistance with Protection event scheduling that optimizes both installation protection staff and HHA team milestones, data gathering/analysis, and HHA preparation. Shall apply advanced data science techniques to create and maintain a portal using SharePoint or similar technology to allow collaboration within the team, and to provide a single repository for garrison documents that must be reviewed prior to HHA trips. Shall coordinate closely with all stakeholders to identify required workflows and processes, and ensure those workflows and processes are integrated into collaboration portal design. Shall coordinate with the government to ensure they capture requirements, and to identify desired user interfaces. Shall create and maintain collaboration portals on unclassified and classified networks to facilitate information sharing that allows installation protection staffs to identify corrective actions for HHA findings, HHA team members to validate those corrective actions, and IMCOM staff to approve and track trend analysis. Conduct education, training, and outreach on collaboration portals with government and other contractor staff. Provide corrective action plan tracker analysis and report installation compliance to the government.
Qualifications:
Industry experience in knowledge Management related field. SharePoint developer experience in a DoD environment Experience creating knowledge management solutions for DoD clients Data science experience Experience with Python data science tool Installation protection program assessment experience or similar certification/experience Secret clearance 10+ years experience
Education/Training/Certifications:
2 years college (any field) Formal Microsoft SharePoint 2013 training & certification
