We are seeking an experienced and skilled Installation Superintendent to join our team for supervising and help installing electrical signage, EV chargers and other minor electric work. Key Responsibilities:
- Install, maintain and repair electrical signage, EV chargers, and other minor electric work.
- Plan, coordinate, and supervise all aspects of Installation projects from start to finish.
- Ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
- Oversee the work of subcontractors, suppliers, and other team members to ensure that work is performed in accordance with specifications and schedules.
- Maintain a safe and organized work site, ensuring that all workers are following appropriate safety protocols.
- Ensure that all necessary permits and approvals are obtained and that projects are completed in compliance with local regulations.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, Construction Management, or a related field, preferred.
- Extensive experience in installation or construction management.
- Knowledge of OSHA regulations and commitment to maintaining a safe work environment.
- Proficiency with project management software, preferred.
- Strong leadership, organizational and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Knowledge of safety regulations and standards.
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically under pressure.
- 5+ years of experience in construction and project management
- Knowledge of industry standards and regulations
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Excellent attention to detail
