A Construction Project Manager is needed in Midland, Texas to lead and coordinate commercial construction projects from initiation to completion. Plan, organize, and direct all phases including budgeting, scheduling, resource planning, and progress monitoring. Interpret architectural and engineering drawings and specifications to determine project requirements. Direct on-site construction activities, monitor work progress, and ensure project milestones and quality standards are met. Coordinate labor, materials, and subcontractors to meet cost and scheduling targets. Ensure compliance with building and safety codes, legal regulations, and environmental guidelines. Analyze and mitigate construction risks, conflicts, and delays through proactive problem-solving. Communicate project updates to internal and external stakeholders, including clients, consultants, and regulatory agencies. Bachelors degree in Industrial Engineering, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field. A minimum of 24 months of experience in Industrial Engineering, Construction Commercial Management or related position.
