We're seeking a motivated professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment, takes ownership of projects, and values teamwork, communication, and quality execution. Responsibilities Define project scope, schedules, and deliverables Develop and manage project budgets and costs Coordinate permits, approvals, and regulatory requirements Oversee contracts, subcontracts, and procurement activities Manage project schedules, timelines, and daily construction activities Provide regular updates on project progress, costs, and milestones Ensure compliance with building codes and safety standards Build and maintain strong relationships with subcontractors and suppliers Coordinate with architects, engineers, consultants, and field teams throughout the project lifecycle Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Building Construction, Construction Management, Construction Science or related studies 5-7 years of commercial construction project management experience Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications Proficiency in Microsoft Office, MS Project, Procore, Bluebeam, and Google Workspace Strong understanding of construction processes, budgeting, scheduling, and contract administration Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously NTO Commercial offers the opportunity to grow with a strong, team-oriented company that values professionalism, accountability, and long-term relationships.
