Job Description

Job Summary All Pro IFM is seeking an Integration Manager to serve as the bridge between our internal strategy teams and our customers in the field. This role is responsible for translating facility insights, operational recommendations, and budget optimization opportunities into clear, actionable solutions for existing clients. You'll be the face of All Pro IFM at customer sites, helping clients understand the value behind our recommendations and ensuring they see us as a strategic partner—not just a service provider. Duties Serve as the trusted representative of All Pro IFM at customer facilities Present facility insights and recommendations that improve operational performance and budget efficiency Partner with internal teams to bring data-driven strategies directly to customers Build strong relationships with key stakeholders across single-site and multi-site accounts Identify opportunities, concerns, and trends in the field and communicate them back to leadership Support customer reviews and ongoing discussions around facility performance and budget optimization Qualifications 3+ years in account management, customer success, facilities, operations, or a similar client-facing role Strong communication and presentation skills Ability to translate data and analysis into meaningful business value Willingness to travel regularly to customer locations Self-motivated, professional, and comfortable working independently in the field Experience in facilities management, commercial real estate, building services, or related industries is a plus Success in this role means customers clearly understand the value All Pro IFM delivers, recommended programs gain adoption, and measurable budget optimization and operational improvements are achieved across their facilities.
Pay:
$55,228.65 - $75,511.93 per year
