This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who understands residential service plumbing, not just office management. We are not looking for someone who wants to sit behind a desk—we are looking for someone who can lead in the field, coach technicians, and help build a high-performance team. What You'll Do Oversee daily performance of plumbing technicians in the field Ensure all jobs are completed to company standards (quality, pricing, and customer experience) Coach and train technicians on service, sales, and technical execution Help enforce pricing structure and prevent discounting or inconsistent quoting Support CSR/dispatch coordination to optimize daily schedules Handle escalated customer issues and service concerns Review completed jobs for quality, accuracy, and profitability Help build accountability across the team (KPIs, close rates, ticket averages) Work closely with ownership to improve systems and efficiency Step into the field when needed to support or correct issues What We're Looking For Strong background in residential plumbing service (required) Experience as a lead tech, senior plumber, or field supervisor preferred Ability to train, coach, and lead other technicians Strong understanding of service-based sales and customer communication Comfortable enforcing standards and holding people accountable Organized, dependable, and solutions-oriented Able to operate in a fast-paced, growing company environment No ego—willing to do whatever is needed to help the team win Compensation $75,000 - $110,000 annual base salary (depending on experience) Performance bonuses based on company and team metrics Growth opportunity into General Manager / Multi-Location Leadership role Why Join Us We are building a high-performance residential service company , not a commodity plumbing business.
