Job Description

CIS Site Coordinator Must have a passion to work with at-risk youth Must have the ability to build a site team - Principal, Teachers, Social Worker and Support Staff Gather data about a school and its performance the previous year in terms of effectiveness. Implement a site plan (on campus) to provide services school-wide and for individual students case managed. Coordinate the CIS Model of services for students and consistently monitor and adjust those services. Evaluate the data entered into CIS-NAV system for effectiveness of the program. Have typing skills. Be able to use the computer to know how to send word documents into central office timely. Be able to use the internet and retrieve data for projects and services. Have reliable transportation daily to drive back and forth to school districts. Have a valid driver's license. Qualifications for a Site Coordinator - (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities) Minimum requirement of an Associate's degree with two years experience in social services or a Bachelor's degree in a related field. Have a background in working with school age children. (preferred) The ability to write clear and concise reports and give presentations when asked. Have knowledge of social services agencies. Understand child development principals. Be able to have a positive one to one relationship with students. Identify risk factors regarding youth. Ability to be involved in parental involvement activities Skills to interpret data to understand what it means in relation to the students that you work with (Reasoning Ability)
