NA Essential Functions:
Manages the overall execution of projects. Creates, executes, and revises project execution plans as required to meet client requirements and project metrics. Acts as the primary interface between the project team and the client representative. Identifies resourcing needs/planning and manages team responsibilities. Manages day-to-day operational aspects of assigned projects. Ensures that all deliverables have been reviewed, approved, and signed off prior to issue to the client. Responsible for review and approval of invoices within a 48-hr turnaround. Manages the project budget and schedule. Remains completely accessible to client during the life of project and provides a single point of contact, ensuring specific requests is processed timely and appropriately. Drives Management of Change philosophy and enforces corresponding procedures. Serves as the champion for safety and quality on the project. Acknowledges each team member's contributions. Motivates team to work together in the most efficient manner. Keeps track of lessons learned and shares those lessons with team members and peers. Mitigates team conflict and communication problems. Knowledgeable in Milestone's cost estimating and control tools. Understands Milestone's pricing model and billing procedures. Facilitates team and client meetings effectively. Understands how to communicate difficult/sensitive information tactfully. Develops lasting relationships with customer personnel that foster customer ties. Builds a knowledge base of each customer's business, organization, and objectives. Understands the basic business drivers of our customers and their markets. Possesses a thorough understanding of Milestone's strengths, capabilities, and differentiators and is able to convey these in a convincing manner to our customers. Holds regular status meetings with project team, keeping the project team well informed of project status and changes. Effectively communicates relevant project information to superiors - resolving and/or escalating issues in a timely fashion. Communicates effectively with customer. Continually seeks opportunities to increase customer satisfaction and deepen customer relationships. Continuously practices Quality Control while executing the work. Actively promotes and personally observes all company, client, and regulatory Health, Safety, Security, & Environment (HSSE) procedures
Requirements:
15+ years project management experience 15+ years commissioning experience 15+ years in a leadership/office management role 15+ years client development/business development experience Ability to travel when required. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Self-motivated, organized, and solution advocate. Attention to detail. Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the U.S. for any employer.
