Job Description

Overview Lead on-site execution for a large-scale combined-cycle (CCGT) power project, overseeing installation and commissioning of gas turbines, steam turbine, HRSGs, generators, and associated balance-of-plant systems. Key Responsibilities Lead all site activities for combined-cycle installation and commissioning, with focus on gas turbine, steam turbine, and generator (shaft line) systems Coordinate integration of GT, HRSG, and steam cycle systems through construction, pre-commissioning, and commissioning phases Interface with construction and commissioning teams to ensure system completion and readiness milestones are achieved Oversee execution to meet schedule, quality, and EHS standards across all plant systems Act as primary on-site focal point for issue resolution, technical coordination, and progress tracking Requirements Strong technical knowledge of combined-cycle power plants (GT, HRSG, ST, BOP) 10+ years' experience in site leadership roles on gas power or CCGT projects Experience across construction, system turnover, and commissioning phases Proven ability to manage multi-discipline teams in complex site environments Strong communication and problem-solving skills With over 90 years' combined experience, NES Fircroft (NES) is proud to be the world's leading engineering staffing provider spanning the Oil & Gas, Power & Renewables, Chemicals, Construction & Infrastructure, Life Sciences, Mining and Manufacturing sectors worldwide.
