Since 2008, we've specialized in helping individuals and families facing overwhelming clutter, hoarding disorder, eviction, major life transitions, disability, loss of a loved one, and unsafe living environments. Our work is practical, compassionate, and deeply human. We are now expanding into Texas and looking for the right leader to help launch and grow this new location. This is not a typical management position. This is a hands-on leadership role. During the launch phase, leaders should expect to work alongside crews in the field while helping build and scale the Texas operation. We are looking for someone who can lead teams, build trust with vulnerable clients, solve problems under pressure, and help establish the culture and reputation of our Texas operation from the ground up. The right person is emotionally intelligent, highly accountable, organized, calm in chaos, and capable of leading both people and projects in fast-moving environments. What You'll Do Leadership & Operations
  • Help launch and grow Clutter Trucker's Texas location
  • Recruit, hire, train, and lead field team members
  • Create a strong team culture built on professionalism, compassion, accountability, and respect
  • Lead crews on job sites and ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to company standards
  • Solve problems quickly and calmly in high-stress situations
  • Help develop systems and processes as the Texas operation grows Client Relations & Sales
  • Respond to incoming leads and conduct on-site assessments
  • Meet with clients experiencing difficult or sensitive life situations
  • Build trust with clients and guide them through the cleanup process with empathy and professionalism
  • Prepare estimates and customized project plans
  • Close sales and schedule projects effectively
  • Maintain strong communication with clients throughout the project lifecycle Project Management
  • Coordinate labor, equipment, schedules, and logistics
  • Manage multiple active projects simultaneously
  • Ensure projects stay on time, on budget, and aligned with quality expectations
  • Communicate clearly with field crews and leadership
  • Follow up with clients after project completion to ensure satisfaction Community & Referral Relationships
  • Build relationships with social workers, therapists, case managers, property managers, housing authorities, and community partners
  • Represent the company professionally in the local community
  • Help establish Clutter Trucker as a trusted resource in Texas What We're Looking For
  • Natural leadership ability with experience managing people and projects
  • Strong emotional intelligence and communication skills
  • Ability to stay calm and solutions-focused under pressure
  • Sales confidence and ability to close business professionally
  • Highly organized with strong follow-through
  • Comfortable working in physically demanding and emotionally sensitive environments
  • Willingness to lead by example and work alongside crews when needed
  • Ability to adapt, problem-solve, and help build systems in a growing company
  • Reliable transportation and ability to travel locally to job sites Preferred Experience
  • 3+ years in operations management, project management, estimating, restoration, junk removal, cleaning, construction, logistics, or related industries
  • Experience hiring, training, or leading teams
