Plano, TX About ProBuild Construction Co We're a growing outdoor living company in Plano, TX. We design and build patios, paver installations, turf, outdoor kitchens, and more — creating backyards our clients love. We're looking for an organized Project Manager who knows outdoor construction and is eager to grow with us. What you'll do Coordinate and follow up with crews and subcontractors on outdoor living projects (pavers, patios, turf, outdoor kitchens, pergolas, drainage, etc.). Help plan and maintain project schedules from start to finish. Order and track materials (pavers, stone, turf, base materials) and keep jobs on budget. Manage permits and inspections when required. Visit job sites to check quality, proper installation, safety, and progress. Be the point of contact with clients and solve problems on site. What we're looking for 2+ years of experience in outdoor living, hardscape, landscape, or general construction. Knowledge of paver installation, patios, turf, or outdoor kitchens (a big plus). Organized, reliable, and a strong communicator. Able to manage several projects at once. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Basic computer/phone skills (email, spreadsheets, construction apps). English and/or Spanish. Nice to have (not required) ICPI certification (paver installation) or similar. Experience with construction/landscape management software. Knowledge of local permits, drainage, and inspections. Education in construction or construction management. What we offer $22/hour + paid overtime. Stable, full-time work with a growing outdoor living company. Opportunity to grow into a Senior Project Manager role.
