Round Rock, TX (Office-based) Who We Are Wood Air Conditioning & Plumbing is a leading Commercial HVAC & Plumbing company with decades of proven success supporting national clients, including Walmart. Our traveling HVAC/R teams execute large-scale refrigeration and installation projects across the country—and we rely on a strong operations team behind the scenes to keep everything running smoothly. What We're Looking For We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Construction Project Coordinator to support our traveling HVAC/R crews. This role is critical to keeping multi-site commercial projects on schedule by managing travel logistics, coordinating with vendors and subcontractors, and supporting project administration. The ideal candidate has experience in construction, HVAC, or field service operations and thrives in a fast-paced environment managing multiple moving parts at once. What You'll Do Coordinate complex, multi-state travel logistics for field crews, including hotels, vehicles, and scheduling aligned with project timelines Manage permits, licensing, and compliance documentation for job sites across various jurisdictions Communicate with subcontractors, vendors, and clients to confirm schedules, scope requirements, and timelines Process and track purchase orders, invoices, and job-related expenses Maintain accurate project records, job files, and crew schedules Support payroll and per diem tracking for traveling employees Develop and maintain Excel reports for job costing, travel budgets, and expense tracking Provide administrative support to project management and field operations teams What you Bring 2+ years of experience supporting construction, HVAC, or field service operations Proven experience coordinating travel, schedules, permits, or multi-site projects Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel (job costing, reporting, spreadsheets) Excellent organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills Strong written and verbal communication skills Experience with ERP or payroll systems such as NetSuite or Paylocity is a plus Ability to work in a fast-paced environment supporting multiple teams and priorities
What We Offer Pay:
$20.00 - $32.00/hour (DOE) |
