Job Description

Summary The Construction Service Representative is a strong team player responsible for helping to oversee the successful execution of multiple construction projects across various locations and clients. This role helps to ensure all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with contractual and quality standards. This role is skilled in all facets of commercial construction and thrives in a fast-paced, multi-site environment. The Construction Service Representative helps to supervise and direct project superintendents and field service personnel, collaborating closely with others to maintain operational efficiency. Serving as the TTG representative, this role bridges communication between field operations and company leadership while also representing the company in key client relationships. Duties and Responsibilities 1. Works daily to develop and nurture strong business relationships with clients and customers, acting as a liaison between client representation, field construction craftsmen, and project superintendents 2. Reports safety issues and violations, ensuring correct documentation is submitted in a timely manner and completes work to successfully close project 3. Conducts daily inspections to ensure quality control standards (cross checking submittals, checking material received, verifying subcontractor work) 4. Detail oriented tracking client interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints and provides this to the Construction Service Manager and the Officers 5. Willingly and efficiently supports the Construction Service Manager in the preparation of cost estimates, schedules, proposals, and other bid documents 6. Effectively prioritizes tasks to ensure construction project milestones and deadlines are consistently met (using Asta) 7. Works with Construction Service Manager and others to efficiently allocate and manage workforce 8. Coordinates acquisition, use, and maintenance of equipment, tools, and materials to maximize productivity and complete projects on time 9. Conducts client visits to strengthen relationships, explore new opportunities, and drive business growth 10. Assists the Construction Service Manager in participating in walk-throughs ensuring the construction punch list (pre- and substantial completion) or other completion documentation is completed in a timely manner 11. Clearly able to establish detailed project schedules and budgets in accordance with TTG standard formats 12. Reviews and ensures Procore in order that all documentation related to the project are able to be viewed, items are correct, and able to be retrieved 13. Ensures self and team are up to date on knowledge and adherence to regulatory compliance policies, rules, and standards 14. Prepares concise and thorough construction project schedule for client approval 15. Proactively communicates with construction team to ensure the accuracy of subcontractor completion percentages and payments 16. Continuously interact with customers to provide information in response to inquiries about services and to handle and resolve complaints 17. Helps schedule and conduct effective job-site progress meetings 18. Performs other related duties upon request Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture preferred or equivalent experience. OSHA 30-Hour Construction Safety Certification (required) Certified Construction Manager (CCM) - CMAA (a plus) Construction Manager-in-Training (CMIT) (a plus) Current, valid driver's license, and a driving record that meets company standards are mandatory. Motor Vehicle Records (MVR) will be reviewed initially and then periodically. 5+ years of progressive experience in commercial or industrial construction supervision, managing project budgets, schedules, subcontractors, and client relationships. Proven track record managing multiple large-scale construction projects from preconstruction through closeout. Demonstrated leadership in supervising cross-functional teams, including project managers, superintendents, and field staff.
