Full-Time (Salary + Bonus) Overview We are supporting a leading electrical contractor seeking a Construction Manager to oversee field execution on large-scale industrial and infrastructure projects. This role is responsible for driving safe, efficient, and high-quality construction while ensuring alignment with project schedules, budgets, and client expectations. This position serves as the primary leader on site, managing field teams, subcontractors, and daily operations from mobilization through project closeout. Key Responsibilities Lead all on-site construction activities, including supervision of field staff, subcontractors, and craft labor Ensure safe execution of work in compliance with OSHA standards and company policies Drive schedule performance, milestone achievement, and daily field coordination Monitor manpower, productivity, and resource allocation to support efficient execution Ensure work is installed in accordance with drawings, specifications, and applicable codes (NEC) Coordinate closely with project management, engineering, procurement, and QA/QC teams to resolve field issues Manage subcontractor performance, jobsite logistics, and material/equipment coordination Support cost control efforts, including tracking field productivity and assisting with change management Lead site meetings and provide regular progress updates to project leadership Support project closeout, including punch lists and turnover documentation Qualifications 5+ years (with degree) or 8+ years (without degree) of field leadership experience in industrial or electrical construction Proven experience managing crews and subcontractors on active construction sites Strong understanding of electrical systems, installation practices, and NEC requirements Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications Experience working within project schedules and coordinating with project teams Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills  What Success Looks Like Safe and incident-free project execution Strong field productivity and efficient manpower utilization On-time completion of key project milestones High-quality installation and compliance with project requirements Effective coordination across field teams and project stakeholders
