We are currently seeking an experienced and motivated Construction Manager to join our team in Texarkana, TX. This position will oversee day-to-day construction operations, coordinate project activities, and ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and according to specifications. The ideal candidate will have a background in construction management, project management, superintendent work, QA/QC, or a related construction field.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee and coordinate daily construction activities and job site operations Ensure projects are completed on schedule and within company standards Communicate with contractors, vendors, subcontractors, and internal teams Monitor job site safety and enforce company safety policies and procedures Review project plans, specifications, and work progress Perform quality assurance and quality control (QA/QC) inspections Track materials, equipment, and labor needs for projects Assist with scheduling crews and coordinating workflow Troubleshoot issues that arise on job sites and provide solutions Maintain accurate project documentation and reports Ensure compliance with local, state, and company regulations
Qualifications:
Previous experience in construction management, project management, superintendent work, QA/QC, or related construction roles preferred Strong understanding of construction processes, materials, and safety practices Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction documents Excellent communication and leadership skills Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities Proficient with computers and construction-related software is a plus Valid driver's license required #1125TX-AR
