This includes determining project scope, resourcing materials and subcontractors, scheduling, customer interface, coordination with job-site superintendents, and budget responsibility. SCI Construction, Ltd. specializes in the construction and development of senior living projects and general commercial construction.

General Requirements:

1. Be capable in Excel, Word, MS Project, Outlook, and Procore 2. Thorough knowledge of legal issues and safety standards. 3. Strong managerial and leadership skills. 4. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. 5. Ability to remain flexible and efficient in a fast-paced environment 6. Ability to make intelligent and quick decisions, working well under pressure, and when faced with unexpected occurrences or delays. 7. Thorough understanding of engineering, architectural, and other construction drawings.

Job Requirements:

2+ years of construction project management experience Self-starter, able to work in a fast-paced environment in order to meet deadlines Excellent communication skills - both oral, written and via emails Strong negotiation skills Knowledge of subcontractor companies in various areas and ability to locate/develop new subcontractors Able to read an interpret plans and specifications Proficient in Excel, Word, MS Project, Outlook Experience with Procore is a plus Must provide at least 3 job related references
