Overview Join our dynamic team here at ENG Developers, as a Project Manager specializing in New Home Construction and Remodeling! In this energetic role, you will lead the planning, coordination, and execution of residential construction projects from inception to completion. Your expertise will drive project success, ensuring high-quality craftsmanship, adherence to schedules, and client satisfaction. This position offers an exciting opportunity to shape beautiful homes and transform visions into reality through effective project management and innovative construction solutions. Duties Oversee all phases of new home construction and remodeling projects, ensuring timely delivery and quality standards are met. Develop detailed project schedules using construction management software such as Primavera P6 and Project scheduling tools to coordinate trades, materials, and timelines efficiently. Manage project budgets by utilizing construction estimating techniques and HeavyBid software to accurately forecast costs and control expenses. Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, contracts, and technical drawings to ensure precise execution of design intent. Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, suppliers, and clients to facilitate smooth communication and project flow. Monitor construction site activities for safety compliance, quality assurance, and progress tracking; conduct site inspections regularly. Utilize tools like ProCore, Bluebeam, Civil 3D, and Construction management software to track project milestones, document changes, and manage workflows effectively. Ensure all projects adhere to contractual obligations, local building codes, zoning laws, and safety regulations. Lead project meetings to review progress, address issues promptly, and keep all stakeholders informed. Manage project documentation including permits, change orders, RFIs (Requests for Information), and progress reports with meticulous attention to detail. Requirements Proven experience in construction management with a focus on new home building or remodeling projects; site experience is essential. Strong knowledge of blueprint reading, schematics, contracts, and construction drawings. Proficiency with construction management software such as ProCore, Bluebeam, Primavera P6 or Primavera (P6), Civil 3D, HeavyBid; familiarity with project scheduling is a must. Ability to perform accurate construction estimating using industry-standard tools; experience with cost control is highly valued. Excellent project coordination skills with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders simultaneously. Solid understanding of construction site safety protocols and regulatory compliance standards. Effective time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication skills for clear collaboration with clients, teams, vendors, and subcontractors. Knowledge of heavy civil or residential construction practices enhances your fit for this role.
