Job Description
Position Overview We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to drive growth throughout the Dallas/Fort Worth Metroplex. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in commercial construction sales and business development, preferably with a major general contractor, along with an established network of owners, developers, architects, brokers, and industry professionals. Key Responsibilities Generate new business opportunities and revenue growth in the DFW market. Leverage existing relationships and industry contacts to secure commercial construction projects. Develop and maintain strong client relationships. Identify and pursue qualified project leads. Collaborate with estimating and operations teams on project pursuits and proposals. Represent our company at industry and networking events. Qualifications 5+ years of commercial construction business development or sales experience. Experience with a reputable commercial general contractor preferred. Strong network and existing relationships within the Dallas/Fort Worth Metroplex. Proven success in developing leads and winning projects. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
