The Construction Supervisor supports the Construction Manager by handling day-to-day construction site operations across multiple projects. This role focuses on execution, coordination, and ensuring work is completed on schedule, within scope, and according to plans.Key Responsibilities:
Support multiple active construction projects under the direction of the Construction Manager Manage daily site activities to ensure steady progress Monitor work to ensure alignment with approved drawings and plans Identify and report issues or delays in a timely manner Coordinate and supervise subcontractors on-site Ensure subcontractors follow schedule, scope, and quality expectations Assist in resolving day-to-day site issues Order, track, and coordinate delivery of construction materials Ensure materials are available on-site as needed to avoid delays Verify deliveries and report discrepancies Assist in maintaining project schedules and sequencing of work Follow up with subcontractors to ensure timelines are met Review drawings and plans to understand scope of work Identify obvious issues or conflicts and report to the Construction Manager Ensure field work follows approved plans Coordinate with internal teams (IT, operations, facilities) as needed Provide regular updates on project progress Ensure adherence to basic safety standards and site requirements Support readiness for inspectionsBenefits:

High school diploma or equivalent required. 1+ years medical billing experience Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to type 30 wpm Strong knowledge of medical terminology, coding (ICD-10, CPT, HCPCS), and payer requirements. Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel) for reporting and data management.Physical Requirements:
