Assistant Site Manager - Westlake, TX 76262 Custodian Assistant Site Manager Marsden South L.L.C.
Shift:
Second Shift 4pm 1am Monday to Friday - These hours may be subject to change with operational needs
Location:
Westlake, TX.
Requirements:
You must be 18 years old. Bilingual in two or more languages, with English being one of those languages A pre-employment criminal background check is required. Able to work in a fast-paced environment and work independently. Valid drivers license/good driving record For safety reasons, you must be able to speak English. (Optional if applicable) Able to lift to 30lbs. High School diploma or general education degree (GED) Experience in a mobile management role Prefer experience working with a diverse population 3-5 years supervisory/management experience in a commercial cleaning or similar environment Floor care experience required (stripping/waxing, buffing, carpet extraction) Knowledgeable with Microsoft technology. Good communication skills Able to supervise 40+ employees
Job Duties:
Under the direction of the operational team, the assistant site manager is responsible for the daily maintenance of the facilities. Assign duties, inspect work, and investigate complaints regarding janitorial services and take corrective action. May order and pick up janitorial supplies and equipment, take inventories, perform audits, oversee, and train new employees, fill in if there is a call out at a location and work with clients at times. Supervises and coordinates activities of workers at multiple work sites engaged in janitorial services. Assigns janitorial work to employees, following material and work requirements. Inspects work performed to ensure conformance to specifications and established standards. Conduct Quality & Safety audits Conference with coaches staff to resolve production and personnel problems. Train workers in janitorial methods and procedures and proper operation of equipment. Issues janitorial supplies and equipment to workers to ensure quality and timely delivery of services. Ensure clients are satisfied with the current performance of the team. Completes regular quality inspections of assigned accounts and acts appropriately based on results of the quality inspections. Holds regular feedback conversations with staff to discuss performance and development goals Ensures all associates are properly trained at each assigned account with a focus on long term retention. Maintain a safe work environment for self and employees by enforcing the companys safety, recognition, and training programs. Handles administrative duties of assigned accounts to include, but not limited to: timekeeping, documentation of employee performance and safety, and maintaining inventory of necessary supplies Why Join the Marsden Family?
