See Below Job Description Three Peak Construction is a premium construction and remodeling company. We build high-end projects, work with high-expectation individuals, and we care deeply about doing things the right way. We are hiring a Project Coordinator to keep 4 to 6 active remodel and construction projects organized, scheduled, stocked, and moving. This role is for someone who likes bringing order to chaos. Your job is to make sure subs are lined up, materials are ordered, schedules are realistic, and details do not get missed. You will work closely with leadership to help keep projects balanced and clients well served. This is not a dead-end admin role. For the right person, this position can grow into a larger leadership role. What We're Looking For 2+ years of experience in construction, remodeling, project coordination, or project management Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to manage multiple moving parts without dropping the ball Strong communication with subs, vendors, clients, and internal team Someone proactive, dependable, and calm under pressure Residential construction or remodel experience is strongly preferred What You'll Do Schedule and coordinate subcontractors across multiple jobs Order materials and track deliveries Help keep project timelines accurate and moving Communicate with vendors, crews, and clients Catch problems early and help solve them fast Support leadership in keeping jobs organized, efficient, and well executed Typical Day You start the morning reviewing schedules across several active jobs. One order needs to be confirmed, one sub needs to be rescheduled, and one client needs an update. You make calls, send texts, adjust timelines, solve problems, and keep the train on the tracks.
