Installation Assistant

Role Description Are you looking to start your career in construction, project coordination, or operations? Are you a motivated individual who prefers hands-on work in the field rather than sitting behind a desk? HB Surfaces is hiring a full-time Assistant Installation Manager (IMA) to support our Installation Management team. This is an entry-level, field-based role. The majority of your time will be spent on active job sites supporting installation managers and helping keep projects organized and running efficiently. This is not a primarily administrative or office-based position. As an Assistant Installation Manager, you can look forward to: Visiting multiple job sites to support flooring projects Assisting the installation manager with all phases of projects Checking job sites for readiness, cleanliness, and organization Moving and organizing materials on job sites as needed Assisting with general project and field coordination tasks Requirements A clean driving record is required. This role involves daily driving to job sites, and candidates must be insurable to operate a vehicle for work purposes. Ability to lift and move materials up to 85 pounds. Desired Skills and Experience No industry experience is required. We are looking for reliable, driven individuals who are interested in learning the construction industry from the ground up. Education in construction management or a related field is preferred but not required.
