Job:

CareLife Technologies provides smart alert and fall-detection systems for Senior living communities across the U.S. We're looking for an organized, people-oriented leader to manage our installation crews, oversee project execution, and ensure every deployment meets our quality standards. What You'll Do Lead and coordinate installation crews (2-4 people per team) across multiple job sites Plan and manage travel schedules, timelines, and project logistics Train, mentor, and evaluate installation technicians Deliver engaging on-site orientations for community staff — confidently presenting how our system works. Serve as the face of CareLife at each community, building trust and rapport with staff and leadership Track project progress, resolve issues, and ensure all installations meet company standards and safety protocols. Requirements Some prior experience in a supervisory, team-leader, or field-operations role is preferred. Strong public speaking and presentation skills. Ability to lead small teams in a hands-on, fast-paced environment Strong organizational and problem-solving skills Comfortable with frequent weekday travel (Mon-Fri, 1-4 days per trip) Based near Draper/Salt Lake City, UT Must pass a background check and be able to fly within the U.S.
