Hiring Expectations:

Minimum of 3 years of experience as a superintendent on ground-up commercial construction projects Strong ability to read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and construction documents Proven leadership and communication skills in a construction environment Experience with construction management software such as Procore or Buildertrend; FieldWire experience is a plus Working knowledge of construction safety standards and job site compliance OSHA certification preferred Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Degree in Construction Management preferred but not required Zadok Construction, Inc. is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
