What You'll Be Doing You will work directly with our Estimating and Project Management teams to help organize and support construction projects from the bidding stage through project execution.
Your responsibilities will include:
Organizing project information, drawings, and bid documents Assisting with estimating and pricing requests Communicating with suppliers, architects, and general contractors Managing emails, schedules, and project tracking systems Supporting project managers after jobs are awarded Helping improve communication and coordination between departments Learning construction estimating and project management software Assisting with day-to-day operations that help projects run smoothly No two days are exactly the same, and there is constant opportunity to learn new skills and take on more responsibility. We are willing to train the right person. Skills & Qualifications Required Strong communication skills Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) Good organizational and time-management skills General computer proficiency Positive attitude and willingness to learn Preferred (But We Can Teach You) Construction or office experience Scheduling or project management software QuickBooks experience Experience working in fast-paced environments Why This Role Is Different This is not a position where you sit in a cubicle doing the same task every day.
