Position Summary The Construction Administration role supports daily operations for active construction projects, ensuring accurate documentation, compliance, scheduling, and cost tracking. This position works closely with project managers, field crews, and external agencies to keep projects moving efficiently and safely. Key Responsibilities
  • Dig Tickets — Submit, track, and close out 811 dig tickets for all project locations; coordinate with field teams to ensure safe excavation practices.
  • Permitting — Prepare and submit permit applications; track approvals; maintain compliance documentation for city, county, and state requirements.
  • Job Costing — Assist with cost tracking, coding invoices, monitoring budgets, and reporting variances to project managers.
  • Timesheets — Collect, review, and enter weekly timesheets; verify accuracy and resolve discrepancies with field staff.
  • Expense Reports — Process employee expense submissions, receipts, and reimbursements; ensure proper coding and documentation.
  • Per Diem — Track per diem eligibility, issue payments, and maintain compliance with company travel policies.
  • Other Duties — Provide general administrative support including scheduling, document control, vendor communication, and project file management. Qualifications
  • Prior construction administration or office management experience preferred
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and project management software
  • Familiarity with permitting or 811 systems is a plus Schedule & Compensation
  • Full-time, Monday-Friday
