Field Construction Manager

Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and experienced General Contractor to oversee our Pro Division Operations and Snow Removal Services throughout the winter months. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction, time management, and general contracting, ensuring that all projects are executed efficiently and to the highest standards. This role requires a proactive individual who can work independently, while also managing a small team effectively while maintaining a focus on quality and customer satisfaction. Responsibilities Perform general contracting duties as a ground level employee with supervisory responsibilities. Lead and train a team of general laborers in services such as drywall, painting, installation, fence repair etc. Develop and implement maintenance schedules for various contracting jobs and tree care projects. Conduct regular inspections of work sites to ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards. Collaborate with clients to understand the customers job needs and requirements. Maintain accurate records of work performed, materials used, and project timelines. Troubleshoot any issues that arise during maintenance activities and provide timely resolutions. Experience Proven experience in general contracting. Strong knowledge of repair, installation, and troubleshooting. Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team effectively. Familiarity with landscape design concepts is a plus. Excellent communication skills to interact with clients, team members, and stakeholders.
