This role is responsible for managing projects from pre-construction through completion, coordinating closely with field operations, superintendents, and general contractors to ensure successful project delivery. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience in concrete scopes including footings, slabs, walls, rebar, and formwork , and is capable of managing both field and office operations efficiently. Key Responsibilities Manage multiple concrete construction projects from start to finish Coordinate daily with Field Operations Manager, Superintendents, and Foremen Maintain direct communication with General Contractors and clients Review project plans, specifications, RFIs, and submittals Track project schedules, budgets, and production performance Ensure quality control, safety compliance, and jobsite efficiency Identify risks and proactively resolve issues in the field Support project buyout, procurement, and subcontract coordination Monitor labor productivity and cost control Requirements 5+ years of experience in construction project management Strong experience in commercial or structural concrete projects Bilingual (English & Spanish) - REQUIRED Experience with Procore, Bluebeam, or similar software Strong understanding of concrete construction processes (rebar, formwork, pours) Ability to lead teams in both field and office environments Strong communication and leadership skills Preferred Qualifications Experience working with large General Contractors (Layton, Jacobsen, etc.) Background in estimating or cost tracking Field experience in concrete construction Compensation & Benefits $80,000 - $110,000 per year (based on experience) Performance bonuses Company vehicle or allowance Growth opportunities within a fast-growing company
