Renovate Ease | Utah Full-Time | Leadership Position Job Summary Renovate Ease is seeking a high-level General Manager to lead and scale our bathroom remodeling operations across Utah. We are a fast-growing remodeling company focused heavily on bathroom renovations and Bath Planet systems. We are looking for a strong operational leader who can drive accountability, improve execution, strengthen team performance, and help build a dominant remodeling company. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in leadership, understands operations, can manage teams effectively, and knows how to bring structure and accountability to a growing company. This is not an office management role.
This is a true operational leadership position. Responsibilities Oversee daily operations for bathroom remodeling projects Lead Project Managers and operational staff Improve scheduling, production flow, and project completion timelines Ensure projects stay on time and on budget Handle escalated customer and operational issues Monitor KPIs, profitability, operational performance, and team accountability Develop and improve operational systems and processes Conduct leadership meetings and accountability reviews Work directly with ownership to execute company growth goals Help scale operations as the company expands Qualifications 5+ years of leadership or operational management experience Construction, remodeling, home services, or trades experience preferred Strong leadership and communication skills Proven ability to manage teams and hold accountability Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities Ability to perform under pressure and make difficult decisions Experience improving systems and operational performance Strong understanding of customer service and team leadership Preferred Experience Residential remodeling Bathroom remodeling Production management Multi-crew operations Scaling operational systems Managing PM teams P&L or budget oversight Compensation & Benefits $120,000-$160,000 base salary depending on experience Performance-based bonuses Growth opportunity within a rapidly expanding company Paid time off Leadership development opportunity Potential future profit-sharing opportunities for the right candidate About Renovate Ease At Renovate Ease, our mission is to build people who build excellence.
