Job Description
Painting Field Superintendent We are looking for a go-getter. The ideal candidate must be able to follow detailed instructions, comfortable in construction site environment. Must be able to represent our company in the best light with general contractors. Must be able to use a laptop and iPad, communicate well with our crews and multi task. This job is fast paced and requires and energetic, quick thinking individual. Must have a valid Utah driver's license and have a good driving record. Candidate must to be able to lift 50 pounds. Spanish speaking is a plus ! Employee will be paid an hourly wage based on experience. Summary As an Field Superintendent, you will be instrumental in assisting the overseeing construction projects, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, and managing on-site daily tasks. Responsible for keeping cycle time schedules, safety trainings, overseeing crew, communicating with the general contractor, ordering paint and supplies, and managing budgets. Previous painting experience is a plus. A valid driver's license and Spanish helpful in proficiency for effective communication and coordination on-site.
