Construction Superintendent/Project Manager Riven Homes Park City, UT $60,000.00 - $82,996.66 a year - Part-time, Full-time $60,000.00 - $82,996.66 a year - Part-time, Full-time Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Construction Superintendent/Project Manager to lead and oversee diverse construction projects from inception to completion. This role combines hands-on site management with strategic project oversight, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with quality standards. The ideal candidate will excel in coordinating teams, managing resources, and maintaining clear communication among all stakeholders. This position offers an exciting opportunity to drive construction excellence while fostering a safe and productive work environment. Responsibilities Lead and supervise construction sites, ensuring adherence to safety protocols, schedules, and quality standards. Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets using construction management software such as Primavera P6 or HeavyBid. Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and clients to facilitate seamless project execution. Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and contracts to ensure accurate implementation of design specifications. Monitor project progress through regular site visits, progress reports, and schedule updates; adjust plans as needed to meet deadlines. Manage procurement processes including construction estimating and sourcing materials efficiently. Utilize tools like jobtread, Bluebeam, Civil 3D, and other construction management software for documentation, communication, and project tracking. Oversee contract administration, change orders, and compliance with legal and safety regulations. Ensure effective project coordination by maintaining clear communication channels among all team members. Maintain comprehensive records of daily activities, safety incidents, inspections, and project documentation. Skills Extensive experience in construction site management with a solid understanding of heavy civil or commercial projects. Proficiency in construction management software. Strong knowledge of blueprint reading, schematics interpretation, contracts administration, and project scheduling. Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively under tight deadlines. Proven ability to lead teams confidently while fostering a collaborative work environment. Exceptional communication skills for clear articulation of project goals and updates to stakeholders. Familiarity with construction estimating processes and cost control measures. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
