Over the years, we've built our reputation through honest work, reliable service, strong communication, and quality craftsmanship. As our company grows, we are expanding further into larger-scale remodels, custom home projects, and full renovation work through BHR Custom Homes. We are looking for a dependable, experienced Superintendent to help oversee projects in the field and keep jobs running efficiently from start to finish. What You'll Do Oversee day-to-day operations on active job sites Coordinate laborers, subcontractors, and project schedules Serve as the primary liaison between homeowners, clients, subcontractors, and the company Maintain clear, professional communication with clients throughout each phase of the project Ensure projects stay on timeline and maintain quality standards Perform hands-on repair and handyman work when needed Troubleshoot problems in the field and communicate updates clearly and honestly Conduct walkthroughs and help maintain clean, organized job sites Assist with material coordination and job preparation Take ownership of project progress and field execution Help create a positive, accountable, and professional job-site culture Team Environment & Collaboration This position is highly collaborative and requires someone who works well in a team-oriented environment. The Superintendent will report directly to the Project Manager and Owner and will work closely with leadership to coordinate schedules, problem-solve in the field, maintain communication with clients and subcontractors, and help ensure projects are completed successfully. We are looking for someone who values teamwork, professionalism, accountability, and open communication. Service Area Projects are primarily located within the Salt Lake Valley and surrounding areas, generally within a reasonable driving radius from Riverton, Utah. What We're Looking For Reliable and dependable — someone who shows up consistently and takes responsibility High integrity and professionalism in communication, decision-making, and workmanship Strong communication skills and the ability to manage client expectations professionally Ability to confidently coordinate between homeowners, subcontractors, vendors, and crews Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment Comfortable taking direction while also being proactive and self-motivated in the field Previous experience in construction, remodeling, handyman work, or project supervision Strong understanding of general home repair and residential construction Ability to manage crews and maintain organized project flow Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required Must be legally able to drive and maintain a clean, responsible driving record Comfortable working in fast-paced environments and solving problems independently Ability to lift, carry, and perform physical work as needed
Compensation Pay:
TBD based on experience Full-time opportunity Please note: health insurance benefits are not currently provided
Pay:
$21.00 - $30.00 per hour
