Job Description

CASE Construction & Roofing is looking for a proactive, organized, and hands-on Construction Project Coordinator to help keep our projects, crews, subcontractors, materials, and timelines moving efficiently. This role is ideal for someone who wants to grow into a larger project management and operations role over time. We are willing to train the right person who is organized, accountable, communicates well, and is eager to learn the construction side of the business. This is not a large corporate PM role. We are a growing, fast-moving construction company looking for someone who can think on their feet, solve problems, stay organized, and help keep projects running smoothly without constant oversight. This is also not just an office/admin position. This role includes both office coordination and active involvement in the field, including regular jobsite visits to ensure projects stay on track and company standards are being met.
Pay:
Starting at $65,000/year depending on experience Growth opportunities available based on performance, leadership, and company growth.
Responsibilities:
Coordinate scheduling for multiple small to mid-size construction projects at a time Coordinate crews, subcontractors, vendors, suppliers, and material deliveries Help ensure jobs stay on schedule and continue moving efficiently Visit jobsites regularly to monitor progress, quality, organization, and workflow Help ensure employees and subcontractors are meeting company expectations Communicate clearly with clients, crews, subcontractors, suppliers, and office staff Assist with project documentation, job updates, photos, notes, and reporting Track project progress and identify issues before they become larger problems Help coordinate change orders, scheduling adjustments, and project follow-through Maintain organized project files using Google Drive, JobTread, and company systems Be willing to jump in and help on jobsites when needed
What We're Looking For:
Strong organizational and communication skills Ability to manage multiple moving projects at once Self-starter who takes ownership and follows through Calm, solutions-oriented mindset under pressure Comfortable working in both office and field environments Ability to communicate professionally with clients, crews, and subcontractors Comfortable learning and using construction management software, scheduling systems, and communication tools Willingness to learn, grow, and take on increasing responsibility over time
Preferred Experience:
Construction, remodeling, roofing, framing, HVAC, or general construction experience Project coordination or operations experience Scheduling and subcontractor coordination Construction management software such as JobTread Field leadership or construction supervision experience

Projects stay organized and continue moving forward Clients feel informed and taken care of Crews and subcontractors stay coordinated and productive Problems are identified and addressed early Leadership does not need to constantly follow up for updates or next steps We are looking for someone dependable, proactive, and growth-minded who wants to become a key part of a growing construction company.

From $65,000.00 per year
