Key Responsibilities:
- On-Site Strategic Project Leadership (Wasatch Front and Statewide):
- + Directly manage and execute complex automation installation projects _on-site_ , encompassing both new construction and retrofit initiatives, across diverse project sites concentrated along the Wasatch Front and extending throughout the state of Utah, _leading by example with a hands-on approach_ .
On-Site Subcontractor Management and Technical Oversight:
- + Provide expert _on-site_ leadership and direction to subcontractors, prioritizing tasks, authorizing work, and meticulously tracking progress to meet critical milestones on project sites throughout Utah, _actively working alongside the team_ .
Technical Expertise and System Optimization:
- + Execute advanced point-to-point check-out, commissioning, diagnostic, and maintenance procedures _in the field_ on intricate building automation systems, including front-end workstations, servers, and control devices, in both new construction and retrofit settings, _demonstrating hands-on technical mastery_ .
Project Documentation and Team Development:
- + Maintain meticulous project documentation, including commissioning reports, daily logs, as-built drawings, and status updates, ensuring comprehensive project records across all Utah project sites _from the job site_ , _while also participating in field work_ .
On-Site Relationship Management and Professional Conduct:
- + Cultivate and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with internal team members, clients, subcontractors, and other trade contractors, representing the company professionally throughout Utah _at the project site_ , _leading by example through professional conduct and active participation_ .

Ability to routinely lift and carry objects weighing less than 20 pounds and occasionally carry up to 50 pounds. + Working fromHeights:
This position may require working from ladders.Qualifications:
- + Minimum 5-7 years field experience in the HVAC controls industry including DDC Systems commissioning, software integration operation, calibration, and experience with pneumatic controls.

Compensation Range:
$43.00 to $56.00 /hour depending on experienceBenefits:
