Senior Project Manager:
Lead complex water and wastewater treatment facility construction projects from preconstruction through final closeout Oversee project planning, procurement, scheduling, budgeting, execution, and reporting activities Ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and in accordance with quality standards Manage project financial performance, including forecasting, cost controls, change orders, billing, and risk management Serve as the primary point of contact for owners, engineers, municipalities, regulatory agencies, and key stakeholders Lead project meetings and provide executive-level updates on project status and performance Collaborate with field leadership to proactively address construction challenges and maintain project momentum Mentor and develop Project Managers, Project Engineers, and Superintendents Drive accountability, continuous improvement, and best practices across project teams Support long-term operational success through process improvements and lessons learned initiatives Must-Haves as the
Senior Project Manager:
10+ years of water and/or wastewater treatment plant construction experience 10+ years of project management experience within heavy civil construction Proven experience managing projects ranging from approximately $10 million to $200 million+ Demonstrated leadership experience overseeing Project Managers, Project Engineers, and Superintendents Strong understanding of RFIs, submittals, procurement, scheduling, cost controls, change orders, and progress billing Experience managing projects from preconstruction through closeout Ability to build strong relationships with owners, engineers, municipalities, and project stakeholders Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent industry experience Nice-to-Haves as the
