Toole, UT (West Salt Lake City, UT)

Salary:

$120k-$150k + Bonus + Vehicle, etc.

Requirements:

5+ Years Experience as a Superintendent on projects related to Commercial, Industrial, or related This is a full time/ permanent position with a 200-person general contractor specializing in commercial construction projects. They are well established with consistent work and a strong backlog of projects. Due to growth, they are currently hiring for a Superintendent with either Ground-up and/or TI commercial projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide field oversight on projects from start to finish Develop and manage the project schedule Manage subcontractors and all members of jobsite Monitor Construction progress Manage the team in evaluating project scope, site logistics, ensuring safety standards are met, etc.
