POSITION SUMMARY

A Superintendent with Rimrock will be capable of working in a fast-paced environment, able to act independently as needed while maintaining an overall focus on teamwork. The Superintendent will have 5 years of field/office experience and a strong knowledge and understanding of the construction industry.

REQUIREMENTS

General knowledge of building codes and requirements Proficient at reading and understanding blueprints Proficient at maintaining an accurate project schedule Excellent computer skills. Experience using BLUEBEAM and Microsoft Office. Communicates effectively and professionally with Owners, Architects and Subcontractors Understands and is knowledgeable with Value Engineering practices Creates and maintains strong subcontractor relationships Understands and practices all OSHA and industry safety practices Is OSHA 30 hr. certified The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of

CONSTRUCTION

Superintendent experience with a mix of vertical commercial and multi-family/tenant projects in the $25M - $65M range.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES

Supervise all phases of construction projects, subcontractors and staffing requirements for each phase. Develop, maintain and perform weekly update of construction project schedules. Resolve schedule conflicts between subcontractors, suppliers and service vendors to avoid delay or disruption of the project. Perform customer relations activities and promote teamwork with owner, architect, engineers, city officials, subcontractors and personnel. Work with the Support team to develop staging and jobsite safety plan. Maintain safety compliance on the job site. Maintain an accurate Daily Log including tracking onsite manpower, phones calls, notes and observations for the day. Attend Owners meetings to provide construction progress updates and safety briefing. Rimrock is an EEOE. This is not a job offer. Pay:

$80,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
