  • Full-time Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized Construction Project Superintendent to lead and oversee construction projects from start to finish.
This role is vital in ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. The ideal candidate will possess strong management skills, extensive construction site experience, and a passion for delivering exceptional results. As a key leader on the project team, you will coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and clients to drive project success while maintaining strict safety and quality protocols. Duties Lead daily on-site operations, supervising construction activities to ensure adherence to project plans, schedules, and safety regulations. Coordinate and communicate effectively with project managers, engineers, subcontractors, and vendors to facilitate smooth workflow. Develop and maintain detailed project schedules to track progress and identify potential delays. Oversee quality control measures by inspecting work sites regularly, ensuring compliance with blueprints, schematics, and specifications. Manage project budgets by monitoring costs, and implementing cost-saving strategies without compromising quality. Enforce OSHA safety standards through regular safety meetings, site inspections, and hazard assessments; ensure all team members are trained on safety protocols. Utilize tools such as ProCore, Bluebeam, and other construction management software for documentation, reporting, and communication purposes. Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical documents; utilize common construction tools when necessary. Supervise subcontractors and labor crews; provide clear direction while fostering a collaborative team environment. Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality control measures are followed; address issues promptly to prevent delays or rework. Skills Extensive experience in construction site management with proven supervising capabilities. Knowledge of construction management software including ProCore, Bluebeam, and other relevant tools. Proficiency in project scheduling techniques and managing complex construction timelines. Deep understanding of construction estimating procedures. Skilled in blueprint reading and interpreting schematics for various trades including electrical and mechanical systems. Knowledge of OSHA regulations and safety best practices specific to heavy civil or pipeline projects. Excellent management skills with the ability to supervise diverse teams effectively. Hands-on experience with construction site equipment testing tools. Ability to read technical drawings accurately while ensuring quality standards are met throughout the project lifecycle.
