Full-time Basic Job Title Definition:

Evolution Construction Services is looking to hire a new team member that can lead a glazing crew on site.

Experience:

Should have some experience in the commercial glazing trade, and show past experience in the ability to manage team members in fulfilling their jobs in both the field or shop

Job Duties:

‐ Managing a project in the field that requires an average crew of 4-6 people ‐ Collaborate with the Glazing PM a project's needs in both material and manpower. Collaborate with the contractor and various subs/trades and attend/participate in any project meetings as mandated by the company contract. ‐ Help maintain installation schedule ‐ Manage personnel in the field to ensure quality and schedule - Be able to perform all tasks associated with glazing, hardware, and fabrication. ‐ Handle stressful situations Crew Leads are responsible for keeping tabs on just about every aspect of a construction project. This requires excellent verbal and written communication skills. We are looking for someone that can grow into the position, but also has the aptitude for the job. Job is hourly.
