Pre-Construction Coordinator

Responsibilities Conduct detailed inspections of roofing sites to assess structural integrity, materials, and workmanship against project specifications and blueprints. Collect and analyze data related to construction progress, quality control metrics, and safety compliance during site visits. Collaborate with construction teams, project managers, and contractors to communicate findings, document issues, and support construction management efforts. Obtain roofing measurements to ensure that the proper materials are ordered for each project. Obtain photographs for the production team to ensure they have all necessary information needed for installation. Support construction site safety protocols by identifying potential hazards during inspections and ensuring compliance with safety standards. Deliver or collect materials from job site Qualifications Proven experience in construction site evaluation within the roofing or broader construction industry. Strong understanding of construction management principles, blueprint reading, schematics interpretation, and quality control processes. Excellent analysis skills with the ability to identify issues quickly and recommend effective solutions. Familiarity with construction site safety protocols, contracts management, and data collection techniques. Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions while maintaining attention to detail during inspections. Effective communication skills for collaborating with diverse teams including contractors, project managers, and clients. Construction site experience with knowledge of roofing installation processes is a plus.
