  • $135,000 per year Job Details
  • Minimum 5 years of construction Superintendent experience Experience managing commercial construction projects from groundbreaking through closeout Ability to lead and coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and field personnel Experience maintaining project schedules and driving milestone completion Knowledge of construction means, methods, and sequencing Ability to interpret construction drawings, specifications, and contract documents Experience conducting quality control inspections and enforcing project standards Strong understanding of OSHA regulations and jobsite safety practices Experience leading project meetings and coordinating with owners, architects, and consultants Proficiency with construction management software and field technology platforms Ability to identify and resolve field issues proactively Strong communication and leadership skills Experience managing project documentation, daily reports, and site logistics Ability to maintain organized and productive jobsites Valid driver's license and ability to travel to project sites as required A bit about us:•Our client is a well-established general contractor with a strong reputation for delivering high-quality construction projects throughout the Mid-Atlantic region.
