They are looking for a Senior Project Manager to lead complex turnkey data center construction projects across Northern Virginia. Why this opportunity? Join a growing developer delivering large-scale hyperscale data center projects Lead projects from preconstruction through commissioning and client turnover Work directly with senior leadership, contractors, consultants, and trade partners Be part of a business expanding rapidly within the AI and hyperscale market High visibility role with strong long-term growth potential What you will do: Lead turnkey data center construction projects from preconstruction through commissioning Coordinate contractors, MEP trade partners, architects, engineers, and vendors Manage schedules, budgets, contracts, change orders, and project controls Lead project meetings, manage risks, and drive action items to completion Review cost reports, forecasts, and project financial performance Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and contractual standards What you will need: 5+ years of project management experience within mission-critical or data center construction environments Strong experience managing complex MEP-heavy projects Experience on hyperscale or turnkey data center projects preferred Strong knowledge of contracts, scheduling, cost controls, and change management Experience using Primavera P6, Procore, Autodesk Construction Cloud, Yardi, or similar platforms Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field preferred PMP or CCM certification is advantageous Excellent opportunity to join a growing hyperscale data center developer and play a key role in delivering critical infrastructure projects across Northern Virginia.

Pay:

$150,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year
