Full-Time About Us We are a growing residential deck builder dedicated to delivering high-quality outdoor living products and exceptional customer service. We are seeking an organized, detail-oriented Residential Building Permit Coordinator to join our team. Responsibilities Prepare, submit, and track residential building permit applications. Coordinate with local building departments, zoning offices, and utility agencies. Review construction plans and supporting documents for permit compliance. Monitor permit status and ensure timely approvals. Maintain accurate records and project documentation. Communicate permit requirements and updates to project managers and homeowners. Assist with scheduling inspections and obtaining final approvals. Provide Production support including but not limited to scheduling and tracking Qualifications Experience in construction administration, permitting, planning, or a related field preferred. Knowledge of residential building codes and permit processes. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Excellent written and verbal communication abilities. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and permit-tracking software. Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
