SR Home Improvements, a premier Remodeling Company in Fairfax County, VA, is seeking Construction/Home Remodelers. Applicants must possess 2+ years of experience in Residential or Commercial Construction, with hands on experience in multiple trades a plus. Ideal applicants should be highly organized, have great attention to detail, and possess a detailed knowledge of construction, trade management, and safety practices. As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to assist in managing all onsite construction activities for large and small-scale projects. We are based in Burke, VA, and we work all around the county. Duties & Responsibilities Perform assigned tasks and weekly site schedules per direction of the Project Superintendent Assist Superintendents in coordinating and communicating with trade partners on site Inspection of trade partner work to ensure quality and compliance with contracts Enforce job site safety requirements to ensure a healthy and safe work environment Work with clients to make sure all work is completed as stated in the contract. Above all else, our construction team members are responsible for completing quality high work in order to make sure our customers receive the highest possible quality service in the industry.
