What You'll Be Doing Manage daily onsite construction operations for commercial and multifamily projects Coordinate subcontractors, inspections, deliveries, utilities, and scheduling activities Ensure projects remain on schedule, within budget, and compliant with plans/specifications Lead weekly subcontractor meetings and maintain project documentation/reporting Monitor OSHA safety compliance and overall jobsite cleanliness/organization Coordinate testing, inspections, and project closeout activities Serve as the primary onsite point of contact for subcontractors, inspectors, and project leadership What We're Looking For 7+ years of construction experience, ideally as a Superintendent with a General Contractor Experience managing commercial, multifamily, mixed-use, or site development projects Strong scheduling, subcontractor coordination, and field leadership experience Knowledge of OSHA regulations, inspections, and building codes Experience with Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project, budgets, and estimating Stable work history with strong professional references Strong communication skills and ability to manage multiple personalities onsite Ability to work fully onsite Compensation & Benefits $70,000
