Traveling Superintendent - Commercial Construction

Position Summary We are seeking an experienced Traveling Superintendent to join our team overseeing on-site construction operations for large-scale commercial projects! This role involves supervising all field activities while ensuring projects are completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Projects include:

Hotels Casinos Healthcare Facilities K-12 Schools Higher Education Office Buildings High-Rise Construction Other large-scale commercial developments Project values typically range from $30M-$200M+ . Key Responsibilities Maintain project schedules and construction budgets Coordinate with owners and stakeholders regarding required documentation, including: Work permits Preconstruction risk assessments Infection control risk assessments Safety documentation Ensure all safety practices and procedures are followed on-site Lead and supervise subcontractors and field personnel Represent the company professionally during meetings with: Owners Architects Inspectors Subcontractors Utilize company software and technology for: Daily reports Expense approvals Site documentation Time entry Email communication Progress tracking Communicate regularly with leadership and project management teams regarding: Productivity Scheduling Quality control Site requirements Mentor and train upcoming field personnel and future superintendents Perform additional duties as assigned by the Field Operations Director Qualifications 7+ years of experience as a Superintendent in large-scale commercial construction preferred Strong leadership and communication skills Ability to manage multiple subcontractors and maintain jobsite efficiency Proficient with computers and construction management software Ability to read and interpret plans, specifications, and instructions Valid driver's license required Authorized to work in the United States Team-oriented mindset Willingness and ability to travel extensively Strong commitment to workplace safety and quality standards What's in it for you?
